The production rate in this type of solution is often the key to being competitive.
Our process proposals are based on a good sizing of the central manufacturing machines (in this case Polimix DPS OR) as well as the raw material dosing capacity within these machines.
The last step is to size the filling equipment correctly, meeting the expectations of automation and speed.
In industrial paint solutions, the main manufacturing focus is on efficient dispersion to save grinding time. The good choice of this equipment determines the manufacturing rates (in this case we see the combination of Polimix DPS-OR + EHP).
On the other hand, depending on these production rates and the daily batch changes, we can opt for filling equipment with various levels of automation. If you change a lot of filling formats, we recommend Flash 55 and 25 or Flash 53 and 23.
This type of solution is very focused on high added value products, which are manufactured in small productions and processes with a medium level of automation.
In these processes, grinding is of great importance, which is the part that gives the product its fineness. In this case, we use Mill-ennium RS mills accompanied by Dispermix VF, which guarantee very high speeds and the tightest yields.
For filling, gravimetric machines are sufficient and we cover all existing sizes with weighing equipment ranging from 10 grams to 60 kg.
