Dispermix VF – N, Mixer disperser for portable vessels
DISPERMIX VF-N is an industrial mixer–disperser with continuous electronic speed variation, designed for operation with portable vessels. This industrial mixer–disperser can be wall-mounted or floor-mounted, and is suitable for batch production from 60 to 1,110 litres.
With continuous speed adjustment via frequency inverter, DISPERMIX VF-N units include a standard stainless-steel saw-tooth dispersion disc.
A wide range of motor powers is available, from 4 kW to 22 kW, depending on batch size and product characteristics.
All DISPERMIX VF-N models incorporate several safety features: vessel fastening belt with presence sensor, mechanical shaft protection, and safety switch for disc lifting.
Both the machine and the control panel are available in IP-54 or ATEX execution. The electrical cabinet with IP-54 protection must be installed in a safe area.
