Desde nuestra oficina técnica desarrollamos complementos a las soluciones de agitación de adhesivos de alta viscosidad como la construcción de depósitos técnicos calorifugados o dotados con la funcionalidad que requiera cada proceso de fabricación.
En Oliver + Batlle ponemos a su disposición equipos de envasado de colas y adhesivos con cadencias medias y altas para los productos con viscosidades que permiten un rápido envasado sin perder seguridad ni fiabilidad.
Disponemos de soluciones de llenado para envases pequeños y productos de viscosidad media – baja que disponen de control por PLC o control neumático. Tal es el caso de las gamas de envasadoras Flash-51 y Flash-52.
Para el envasado de adhesivos de alta viscosidad que no fluyen ponemos a su disposición equipos capaces de soportar presiones de trabajo muy altas gracias a la implementación de sistemas neumáticos muy robustos. Tal es el caso de nuestras Prensas PH y las Prensas Columna PCH.
Disponemos de envasadoras para adhesivos de viscosidad muy alta, con poca fluidez y que requieren de una gran precisión en el llenado.

Glues and adhesives encompass a wide range of products with very different properties and viscosities, from very low to very high viscosity.
Synthetic adhesives, petroleum-derived polymer-based compounds such as polyvinyl acetate glues, ethylene glues, polyurethane glues, synthetic rubber glues, anaerobic or cyanoacrylate adhesives, plant-based adhesives derived from potato starch or corn, or animal adhesives such as traditional glue, or glues derived from dairy products or egg whites, do not require dispersion or grinding processes in their manufacturing, as pre-dispersion or mixing processes are sufficient.
Manufacturing glues and adhesives with solvent bases requires having a mixer equipped with a telescopic or vacuum lid and a steam condenser. For products with complex viscosities, optional equipment such as scraper or orbital blades are recommended.
