We offer comprehensive solutions for each stage of the manufacturing process, designing the whole installation of a factory, including supervision. We also provide turnkey installations directly to our customers.
Basic Engineering for project definition.
We have teams of engineers specialised in the paints and coatings industry who plan and elaborate every detail of the final definition of the project according to the goals of each client.
Within the basic engineering analysis, we study the specifications of the project, defining necessary steps to design the most convenient solutions when starting up the production processes. We define the manufacturing equipment, the general implementation plans, the process instrumentation diagrams, and the estimated planning, among others.
Integral projects for production plants
After the approval of the basic engineering applications we appoint a Project Manager for the development of Detailed Engineering techniques and the control of the manufacturing plant.
During this process, the Project Manager will be in charge of leading the implementation of all the necessary tasks to achieve the objectives and deadlines, with special attention to the application of detailed engineering techniques, the implementation of the final planning, the assembly and commissioning of the project, and the development of a management software.
