EQUIPOS DE AGITACIÓN PARA EL SECTOR TINTAS
En Oliver + Batlle diseñamos agitadores industriales que garantizan el mejor resultado en las fases de pre-dispersión y dispersión de la fabricación de tintas con el fin de asegurar la correcta combinación y estabilización de los materiales que las componen.
Para la producción de tintas líquidas y concentrados pigmentarios, productos de viscosidades medias o bajas, disponemos de agitadores industriales muy flexibles con una amplia gama de complementos opcionales. Entre ellos destacan:
- - Tapas telescópicas y de vacío con sondas de temperatura cerca del área de dispersión.
- - Condensadores de vahos y partículas en suspensión.
- - Interiores teflonados para una mínima adherencia.
Nuestros equipos Polimix ofrecen una solución óptima para el proceso de agitación de grandes lotes de bases neutras como las tintas al agua diseñadas para el estampado textil. Además, permiten diferentes configuraciones como 1 o 2 ejes, depósito cilíndrico o cónico, y una sencilla integración a un sistema de fabricación automatizado.

Los molinos de inmersión y recirculación de O+B adaptados a la fabricación de tintas ofrecen soluciones a procesos muy flexibles o muy cerrados, según las necesidades de su planta de producción.
La versatilidad de nuestra maquinaria, que permite regular el movimiento y la fuerza producida para combinar adecuadamente los elementos según el producto que se desea obtener, junto a la integración de un gran número de opcionales le permite crear un proceso productivo para obtener productos homogéneos con la textura final determinada en su formulación.
Los equipos de molienda de O+B están dotados con la cesta más eficiente, capaz de reducir el tiempo de procesado en un 60% en el refinado de los concentrados.
Nuestros molinos verticales disponen de un gran número de complementos opcionales que permiten su óptimo funcionamiento para la fabricación de productos con distintas viscosidades.
Además, nuestras soluciones de proceso para tintas pueden ser gestionadas desde un sistema de control integrado y se pueden integrar en procesos continuos cerrados para una mayor eficacia y limpieza en la fabricación.

EQUIPMENT FOR INK MANUFACTURING
Inks can be classified into two distinct groups based on their components and characteristics. On one hand, there are liquid inks and pigment concentrates, commonly used for coloring plastics; on the other, offset inks (also known as paste inks), used for printing on various substrates through different processes.
Liquid Inks: These are low-to-medium viscosity products that typically dry through the evaporation of contained solvents. In the graphic arts field, they are generally applied via flexography and rotogravure.
Paste Inks: These have high viscosity and usually dry by oxidation (the constituent oils oxidize upon contact with atmospheric oxygen). They are used, for example, for printing newspapers or magazines, on plastic or metal substrates, or with offset machines.
For ink manufacturing, it is essential to have a production system capable of adapting to highly diverse batch sizes and a packaging solution that allows for large-format or intermediate containers for semi-finished products not intended for the end customer.
LIQUID INK SOLUTIONS
This type of solution for the production of liquid inks in large batches is very versatile if solutions around the conical Polimix DPS-ORC are used. This type of machine allows us to have, in addition to a great efficiency in the manufacture, a great flexibility in the batch.
Vertical (cascade) solutions are used to use gravity as a means of transport to the grinding, which we can optimise to the maximum with CP control systems.
The solutions around the filling are usually of medium to large size, even at the level of IBC.
OFFSET INK SOLUTIONS
In solutions for inks in smaller batches, at Oliver + Batlle we are advocates of the efficiency of the Mill-ennium RS mill with vacuum lid and helical blade.
This machine combined with good pre-dispersion achieves record efficiency in the market and avoids multiple passes through the tri-cylinder to achieve the correct viscosity.
In addition, this combined with our ET-52 packaging machines with DVB dosers and presses make up the most complete and efficient solution.
Pigment concentrates
The manufacturing solutions for pigment concentrates are usually very well defined in processes consisting of pre-dispersion with Dispermix VF and Mill-ennium RS vertical mill.
Due to the high added value of the product, the batches are small to medium-sized and the type of packaging solutions are usually medium to high automation.
At O+B we combine the versatility and speed of a Flash-52-E packaging machine for medium batches and gravimetric dosing in an OB-DRUM for small batches.

MIXING EQUIPMENT FOR THE INK INDUSTRY
Mixing inks and pigment concentrates requires a series of specific equipment depending on the specific properties of the product being manufactured, especially its viscosity.
Oliver + Batlle designs industrial agitators that guarantee the best results in the pre-dispersion and dispersion phases of ink manufacturing in order to ensure the right combination and stabilisation of the materials.
Our industrial agitators or mixers adapt to the different compositions and viscosities that inks may have, offering optimum results in the mixing of components as varied and disparate as pigments, different chemical additives, mineral and natural oils used, for example, for manufacturing offset inks.
We have highly flexible industrial agitators with a wide range of accessories for the production of liquid inks and pigment concentrates, as well as medium-to-low viscosity products. These include:
- Telescopic and vacuum lids with temperature probes near the dispersion area.
- Steam and suspended particle condensers.
- Teflon-coated interiors for minimal adhesion.
In the case of offset inks, which can reach higher viscosities depending on the manufacturer and type of application, it is advisable to choose equipment fitted with accessories such as scraper and orbital blades.
Our Polimix equipment offers an optimal solution for the mixing process of large batches of neutral bases such as water-based inks designed for textile printing. In addition, they allow different configurations such as 1 or 2 axes, a cylindrical or conical vessel, and easy integration into an automated manufacturing system.
