Mixing
We have a wide range of laboratory mixing-dispersing equipment.
Tests to be made with low, medium or high viscosity products, in laboratory equipment and performance results are scalable to industrial machinery. The laboratory equipment is equipped with a wide variety of accessories, necessary to adapt the machine to the huge diversity of products available in the market.
Grinding
The laboratory has a variety of equipment as per the different grinding technologies we are currently manufacturing : From the most efficient basket mill , Mill-ennium, to the traditional horizontal mills Supermill or Supermill Plus. This enables us to make tests of different batch size and production systems, batch or continuous.
Solids loading under vacuum
We offer a pilot plant designed to test loading of any kind of lightweight solids into a mixer-disperser under vacuum. This technology is mainly focused to volatile materials, to improve its performance in the production process, but also in view of new legislation affecting some of these kind of solids.
Pipe cleaning system
One of Oliver + Batlle commitment is to help to paint and coatings manufacturers to become more sustainable . In this regard, we developed the automatic pipe cleaning system. In our pilot plant, you have the possibility to test your own products to check the efficiency of this system, which for sure will help you not only to be more competitive but to be environmentally friendly.
