Over the years, it evolved into the manufacture of decorative plastic paints, becoming a benchmark brand in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1996, the company has operated from its <strong>46,000 m\u00b2 facility in Marines (Valencia)<\/strong>, equipped with advanced manufacturing and quality-control technology. Mont\u00f3 maintains a firm commitment to innovation, sustainability and international expansion, achieving a production capacity of over <strong>200,000 L per day<\/strong> with a consolidated presence in multiple countries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Product to be processed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tiendasmonto.es\/?gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=22407949093&amp;gbraid=0AAAAAob-gQQsrbery_L9CaWhMWIthN0dy&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiA_8TJBhDNARIsAPX5qxQvui4MoOsC-IfU9jvb6gRlUr2kPpTSDyb7t7ftwv0Z2H2yaXxwCyAaApq5EALw_wcB\"><strong>Pinturas Mont\u00f3<\/strong> <\/a>offers a complete product range for the decorative and professional markets, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interior plastic paints (matt, mid-sheen and satin).<\/li>\n<li>Exterior fa\u00e7ade coatings (siloxanic, monocapa, SATE systems).<\/li>\n<li>Water-based enamels for multiple substrates.<\/li>\n<li>Fillers, primers and surface-preparation products.<\/li>\n<li>Tinting systems with bases, colourants and proprietary software.<\/li>\n<li>Technical coatings: damp-proof, intumescent, wood protection and sports-floor coatings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Project objective<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pinturas Mont\u00f3 identified the need to increase its production capacity for manufacturing large batches of white water-based paint, both for its own brand and for third parties. The main objective was to achieve a <strong>continuous, stable and highly efficient production flow<\/strong>, optimising time, resources and operating costs.<\/p>\n<p>Although the company already had process equipment, the rise in demand required a fully automated line capable of integrating:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Filling<\/li>\n<li>Palletising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The installation also had to handle two different container ranges simultaneously:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Small formats (up to 5 L)<\/li>\n<li>Large formats (up to 20 L)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This led to the design of a <strong>dual-line, high-output filling system<\/strong>, ensuring the performance, accuracy and efficiency required by Pinturas Mont\u00f3.<\/p>\n<div class='avia-iframe-wrap'><iframe title=\"Success stories ? Oliver + Batlle solution<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oliverbatlle.com\/\"><strong>Oliver + Batlle<\/strong><\/a> provided a comprehensive solution combining continuous production, automated filling and in-line quality control.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Production<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A <strong>Dispermix VF-400-E<\/strong> was installed together with <strong>two 20,000-L tanks<\/strong> positioned on the customer\u2019s existing platform.<\/p>\n<p>This setup allows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing a new batch while the previous one is being filled<\/li>\n<li>Eliminating downtime<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a constant feed to the filling lines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Automatic filling \u2013 dual line<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Two automatic lines with a common structure were implemented:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Filling line for large-containers (up to 20 L)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Featuring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automatic pail denester <strong>PAILMANAGER <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Automatic labelling machine<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flash-25-T<\/strong> , volumetric filling machine including:\n<ul>\n<li>Two dosing heads<\/li>\n<li>Two independent hoppers<\/li>\n<li>Lid dispenser and closing unit<\/li>\n<li>Checkweigher with automatic correction<\/li>\n<li>Rejecting system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The checkweigher communicates with both dosing heads, automatically adjusting volumes according to variations in the paint\u2019s rheological behaviour.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Filling line for small-containers (up to 5 L)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Featuring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semi-automatic feeding table <strong>SQ<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Automatic labelling machine<\/li>\n<li><strong>Volumetric filling unit Flash-55-S<\/strong>, equipped with a single dosing head and offering similar features to the Flash-25-T , optimised for smaller formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5.
