In this edition, the company will exhibit two of its most innovative equipment: the <strong>Dispermix VFD-15<\/strong> pilot disperser and the <strong>Mill-ennium RS-20<\/strong> basket mill.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>New 2025: Dispermix VFD-15 pilot mixer for the formulation and manufacture of high and medium viscosity products<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The new <strong>Dispermix VFD-15<\/strong> is designed for medium and high viscosity products in various industrial sectors. This pilot version, with a capacity of 60 liters, is available to customers in Oliver + Batlle&#8217;s workshops, allowing to validate manufacturing times for industrial batches of up to 2,000 liters.<\/p>\n<p>Its main features include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Vacuum or pressure generation<\/strong> to improve process efficiency.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Cooling systems<\/strong> for thermal control during operation.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Advanced instrumentation<\/strong> for continuous process control.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Different mixing tools<\/strong> according to product needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This equipment responds to market demand for solutions that optimize manufacturing times, ensuring more efficient and controlled processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Mill-ennium RS-20: evolution in milling technology<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After 25 years of success and hundreds of units installed, the <strong>Mill-ennium RS-20<\/strong> presents a renewed design that optimizes its performance and maintenance.
