A Project Manager will lead the execution of all the necessary works in this fundamental phase of the project, such as the detail engineering, in accordance with characteristics and targets defined in preliminary basic engineering, supported by a continuous and personalised contact with the customer.

Detail Engineering and Project Execution
Consisting of :
– Detailed Engineering:
- Definitive P&ID
- Production equipment list and detailed specifications
- Detailed PID plans
- Control systems and automation level
- Key elements of the installation (pumping groups, liquid measuring station, weighing hoppers, control electric equipment, production software, electric power panels, etc….).
– A project manager is assigned, to coordinate all works to be developed at any stage of the project, until start up of the installation.
